Since our establishment in 2001, Chongqing Wanmei Electric & Machinery has specialized in manufacturing and exporting oil purification equipment, high voltage testers, filter cores, automatic water purifiers, gasifiers and other electrical maintenance equipment. Our 280 models in 32 series under Wanmei brand are widely distributed to Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our products are widely used in electrical generation, petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, machinery, mining, aviation, ship-building, railway transportation and other industries. To expand our catalog, six designers with an average of 12 years' experience release one new model each month. Using centrifugal machines and other advanced equipment, they make sure all our designs are environment-friendly, energy-saving and easy to operate. We source from 50 reliable local suppliers. Our eight inspectors double check all incoming materials, ensuring they comply with JB/T5285-2001 standards. Using vacuoscopes and voltage testers, we conduct QC procedures from IQC, warehouse, production line, sampling inspection and IQC to QA. Our products have zero return rate and a one-year quality warranty.
Our 13,000-square-meter factory houses 80 production staff. They operate six production lines, digital control plates bending machines, punching machines, lathes, drill presses, milling machines and electric welding machines, outputting 30 sets per month. Thirty percent of our products are for export. We deliver two or three sets within 20 days, with an MOQ of one set.
